You can search for any specific clinics or hospitals online, and once found, you can also search for doctors working for that specific clinic/hospital.

You can also just search for specific specialty based on the problem you have been facing. The app will show the doctors and clinics/hospitals providing services related to the specific specialty, and you can filter the results further based on distance/location.

Once you found the doctor through search, you can view the profile of the doctor to understand the qualification, experience, specialities, etc.,

You can check the availability of any doctor online using the Sanela- Online Doctor Appointments & Consultations app. You can also check the availability of doctors in different clinics if the doctor is working for multiple clinics.

Depending on your convenience and doctor’s availability, you can book an online appointment.

Once you initiate online appointment booking, the app will initiate online consultation fee payment through a secured third-party payment gateway (Razorpay).

You can cancel the appointment online 4 hours before the start time of the booked appointment.

The App will alert you as per booked appointment schedule. You will get a notification when the doctor initiates the call. Once the video consultation starts, the doctor will check for your details and also confirm his/her details before starting the consultation process. Once details are verified, the video consultation will take place. We integrated a highly secured video streaming platform (Twilio) to enable online consultation functionality.

Once the online consultation is completed, the doctor will log the notes in the application.

Once the doctor enters necessary medication details online after consultation, the app will generate an online prescription and notify you of your reference and action.

Sanela- Online Doctor Appointments & Consultations gives you the provision to add your family members in your app so that it’s easy to manage consultations and health records of all family members at one place online through Sanela- Online Doctor Appointments & Consultations app. You will have complete control to edit or modify the details of all your family members online at any point in time.
